Atlas Gymnasium is no cookie cutter franchise gym. Established in a solid 1960s warehouse in Addington, owners/operators Rich and James have set up a unique functional playground. They’ve used their Exercise Science Degrees and years of training experience to handpick effective equipment to offer great variety and most importantly, the results you want. All members are offered personalised strength and conditioning programmes, as well as comprehensive physical assessments. Whether you want to become leaner, improve aerobic or anaerobic fitness, prevent or rehab injuries, build muscle, or increase your strength and power, they can help you.

Atlas Gymnasium is and has been home to 100s of strength sports athletes from novice to world champions. So no matter who you are or where you come from there is a place for you – “The weight on the bar does not determine your status” is our motto which epitomises our inclusive family culture. Atlas is also a gym where you’ll meet like-minded, purpose driven people who all have goals they are aiming towards – it’s truly a place where a rising tide raises all boats and success breeds success.
